He has 31 years of in-depth grading experience, both in the field and at the computer calculating and analyzing earthwork quantities for public works and residential projects.

Being involved with projects from preliminary conceptual planning to final forensic litigation has given him an understanding of the integration of existing conditions, remedial and final grading, structural excavation and the installation of wet and dry utilities.
